How can I use system fonts for my whole website?
Also - do you agree to the idea that using them makes a website faster?

How can I use system fonts for my whole website?
Go to Appearance > Customize > Typography and make sure ALL font families are set to "System Stack".
Also – do you agree to the idea that using them makes a website faster?
In general, yes because the site won't have requests for fonts meaning it doesn't have to load one and will just use what's available on the visitor's device. :)
