Switching to Flexbox Structure in Customizer

Hello I am trying to follow along with a GP video that show you how to "Centering the Logo in Navigation/Header". The very first step is to change the structure to Flexbox in the Customizer under the General area. I don't have the Structure option in my General section of the Customizer. Please advise. thank you.
Hi there,
all new installs of GP are already set to Flexbox structure, its now the default, and there is no General > Structure option anymore. That option was added as a transitionary function for users wanting to update sites using the legacy floats method to flexbox.
