    Hello,

    I tried to switch the theme from “Dispatch” to “Scribe”, but as you can see, it didn’t worked: https://www.ddexcellence.com/

    How can I solve this?

    It is not the first time I have this issue when switching from one template to another, so I would like to know what is the process to make it work every time?

    Hi there,

    when you imported the site – did you import the Content with it ?

    Yes I did, I checked every option I saw ๐Ÿ™‚

    If you right click and inspect the page to open the browser developers tools, and go to its Console tab.
    Then try the Import process – do any Red errors or warnings appear in the console ?

    Quick question – are you using the Block Editor ?

    If you mean Gutenberg editor, yes, it is active.

    Can you check for any errors or issues in Dashboard > Tools > Site Health ?

    Hi Mikael,

    It looks all the steps are correct.

    Can you try it again with all plugin except GP Premium deactivated?

    If it still doesn’t work, can you provide admin access to your site?

    You can use the private info field for login details.

    I had a similar issue with the Scribe homepage not as per the demo. However, my site did already have some content. Should I have removed that content first?

    Mikael, we won’t do things in the admin without permission, is this site backedup ? Or can you create a staging copy so we can test ?

    Hi David, thanks but I’ve worked it out. I exported all the content, wiped it clean and started with a fresh install. That worked perfectly. It’s taking time to import the content but getting there.
