Switched to Elementor header + footer. Now elements function isn't working.

Hi.

I recently built a new header and footer using Elementor. I switched over to using them and now I'm seeing that some rules I set up in Elements are no longer working. I set up a basic function so I could disable header/footer on certain pages, but not completely remove them from the site.

here's an example of a few pages that has the new header/footer, but shouldn't.
