Switch site from English to French

I'm converting a wix site to GeneratePress (premium) and I am not sure how to allow the site to switch from the English version to the French version (this is the site I'm trying to convert to GP: https://www.skifels.com)
The main menu needs to change when they click on the French Bienvenue.

I believe you need a translator plugin like WPML or Polylang.
