Hi there,
In the mobile version, would it theoretically be possible for me to get to the next page by swiping? Instead of using the menu - swipe through the page ...

Hi there,
not without custom development, and that would be difficult as you would have to overcome the default mobile UI behaviour ie. Swipe Left/Right = Back / Forward in browser history.
