[Support request] SVG Icons in the imported theme ‘Dev’ from site library

I have the premium generate press. I imported the “Dev” theme from site library of generate press. I have one question, how could I add new svg icons to this page. I have, for example on the start page 3 svg Icons, but I want add another icons and change it; How it works? Thank you in advance for your prompt answer.

the Dev site is created using GenerateBlocks.
And those Icons ( over the text ) are part of the GB Headline Block see here:

In the dev site I imported, I see a short line above the headline with svg. I can’t find that svg. Can you tell me how the developer made that icon or where he found it?

Yes, that line. how did they get it? did they use some sw to create it? some website?

I’d assume the developer made it using graphic design software.
