I have just realized, that you don’t provide a support-ticket-system for GB-related queries, similar to the one in use here.
I have also realized, that in GB-Community, not every new thread will be replied to by your support-staff, correct?
I wish you would provide a more streamlined and recognizable support-system for GB as well, as it confuses me a lot. I do’t like email suport, prefer tickets instead because it’s much easier to discuss single topics.
Do you discuss this issue already? Are others concerned about this too?
