I purchased the premium version. Is the forum the only way to get support (besides the Facebook group)? Any private ticket support system? I am getting errors in my error log and need assistance, the site is live but due to client restrictions, I can’t post a link to it in a public forum. I’m using GP Premium v1.3.40 with a child theme.

I believe the below error will only happen if style.css doesn’t exist:

Ongoing Development: https://generatepress.com/ongoing-developmentI started with that exact child theme and then just changed the child theme name, uri and author and of course added all my css after that. I am not using @import but added a ton of CSS to customize.
Is it looking specifically for “GeneratePress Child” as the Theme Name?

So style.css still exists?
