Support Blog Design and Filters

Good evening,
I need to know how to introduce filters in the blog page. I mean, each article has a category and I want clients to be able to see them all when they land in the Blog page, but also, once there, to be able to filter by category. In my case by medical category

In case Generator does not have this option, is there any pluggin compatible that you would suggest to me ?.

I'm not sure if I've seen a plugin that can do this (filter on the main blog page).

You can see all post or select (filter) by category. I use Visual Composer there.
Because in the video you sent to me you can display by category, but not make a filer from the whole lot
