Suggestion on the best way to create Custom Post Designs?

Jamie Marsland posted a YT clip showing how to create different Custom Post Designs to select when creating a Post
(This is FSE BTW!)
Oops sorry didn't know the YT link would display a preview, so moved it to the private info form!
What would be the best way to do this using GP/GB ?

Hi David,
It can not be achieved in GP by far, as GP is not FSE as the Twenty twenty themes.
But it's quite similar to GP's block element - content template:

Thanks Ying, I only mentioned FSE as the example was using it - I have no interest in it at this stage - far to early in my opinion.

Watch the video in the attached documentation, it should be helpful.
You can apply the content template to post archive/blog/CPT archive and also single post/page/cpt.
Let us know if there's anything unclear regarding the block element - content template!
