Suggestion: Have forum site not use typographic quotes/smart quotes

Hello!

Having searched around old posts quite a bit, I notice that not everyone puts their code within code tags. That means that WP automatically tries to "smarten" them, resulting in broken code.

I think it's fairly straightforward to disable that feature. Of course all of the support techs know to use the code tag. But lots of the posters don't.

Just a thought.
