Suggestion: Custom Header Style addon

Hi,
I'd like to suggest an addon idea.
Many people check header variation when choosing theme.
Also it's one of most troublesome part to customize.
So I used to dream that theme has modular header system.
There are themes that has multiple headers but those are all built-in.
That makes theme heavy and complicated.
If additional header style provided as addon, it would be ideal solution to GP.

i.e.
Themify Ultra has 15(!) header styles.(but this theme is bit heavy)
So I use this as example.
How about:
Header Left Pane
Split Menu

I know you have css example for side navigation.
