Please suggest me a good plugin for google ads and share buttons (For users who want to share the post).
Please also guide me, whether I should use really use a plugin or is there any other way by which I can insert ads and share buttons.

The plugin you mentioned for sharing seems nice but unfortunately it doesn't support WhatsApp sharing.
After searching a bit, I have come across a plugin named Social Sharing Plugin – Sassy Social Share

Does it works best with our theme, without compromising the speed and overall experience.
I am a bit concerned as I don't like to use plugins, as they mostly blot the site, but for some features I don't have an option.

Not all plugins are bad or bloated. But the only way to be sure is by testing them and see how they perform. :)

It's not necessary but it makes things easier for users. Especially to those who are not familiar with the ins and outs web development.
