Suggested WP Fastest Cache settings

I'm aware the WP Optimize is recommended here but WP Fastes cache is my caching plugin.
I have two queries.
1. Can both these plugins be used in unison?
2. Can anyone recommend best settings for WP Fastest Cache with GP theme?

Yes AutOptimize + WP Fastest Cache can be used together.
