Suddenly my website header show some blank space between header logo and menu, yesterday they all are in the same line

go to Customizer > General and change the Structure to Flexbox.
done as you told me to do, but not worked, the design changed but not as expected

Theres a google Auto Placed advert being output inside the Header.
You will need to exclude that area in your auto ad console.
