Submenu closing out when I go to click it

Hi, I'm new to GP so pardon me if this is a simple solution and I missed it.

I have a page hero with the nav bar at the top. When I hover over a top lvl menu item, the submenu pops down as intended. But when I go to select the submenu item, the submenu closes. Normally I'm able to fix this with a z-index fix but what's weird is if I scroll down (I have sticky menu turned on), and try again about 100px down, the menu works as intended.

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
