Submenu closes when scrolling down, how to avoid that behavior?

Hi, that is happening on mobile only, when you open the burger menu, open a submenu and then you scroll down, the menu closes, we need it to be always active and only be closed if the user wants, please check these two videos that I recorded at the same time, the Loom one from the computer and the Youtube one from my mobile, it's happening on both Android and iPhone.
