Sub nav disappearing as mouse scrolls down from main-nav

Happy new year guys and sorry to bother you with this - I know it is going to be a mundane fix and most likely a css issue but I can't figure it out.
When I move the pointer from the main nav item with a sub-nav (e.g. About) I lose the sub-nav sometimes. Its like the a tag isn't covering the menu item entirely?
Appreciate the help as always.

Can't see anything too obvious.
What happens if you disable all your custom CSS?
Or simply switch to the parent theme to test?

Worked out it was the h1 asset in the lead image position that was overlapping with the menu so a simple adjustment to the margin solved the problem.
