A client site has an issue with the sub menu on smaller laptop screens. When the dropdown for the sub menu is “taller” than the screen height the last several items aren’t displayed, and the menu doesn’t always scroll to the bottom. Most of the time I can scroll the screen so that the bottom of the sub menu is visible. Other times it doesn’t scroll. Is there a way to “force” scrolling so that the last items are visible??”

    Hi there,

The best solution would be to use the off-canvas navigation:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/

This is our usual recommendation when there are a lot of menu items.

Let me know if this helps ๐Ÿ™‚

In the run-up to Christmas, I forgot to reply and let you know that I solved the issue. I found the “Simple Mega Menu” post and implemented a “simple” two-column mega menu. This took care of the problem. If the client adds more items to the dropdown, I will just add more columns.

Thanks again to GeneratePress for having a great product backed with great support!
