Sub menu not showing up

For some reason the sub menu drop down isn't showing on both desktop and mobile. It works fine when I'm customizing in Wordpress. Did I do something wrong here?
Looks like it's caused by LiteSpeed cache. Trying to debug myself...

Try turning on/off some options in LiteSpeed.
