Sub-Menu is wider than container

My right-side sub-menu (and any menu that goes wider than the container) is wider than the container. So if the container is equal or less than the page width, content gets cut off. When I switched from the GP theme to the Twenty-Sixteen theme, this stopped happening.

It seems like I'm having the same issue. The sub menu of the last menu item is being cut off/wider than page content.
I don't know if I can add private information here... Should I open a new subject?
