[Resolved] Sub-bullets variation not showing the front end

Hello I am trying to style a page on the site, and we have a list with regular bullets with a section of su-bullet items. On the back end the the main bullets are solid black and the sub-bullets are outlines but in the front end the sub-bullets display as solid black. Any chance you can help me sort this out? How are you creating that list? Just HTML?

What if you use multiple headline blocks so you can set custom icons?
