Hi, I somehow lost padding around my blog post boxes (https://bedbugsremovalguide.com/) and on blog posts (https://bedbugsremovalguide.com/can-bed-bugs-bite-through-clothing/).
Can you show me how can I add padding to those areas? (I am not a developer)

in Customizer > Layout > Container - did you change the Content Layout ?
As the design of your sites looks like it needs to be set to: Separate Containers.
