Styling blog module not working

Trying to style the blog module and there are painfully few options out of the box. I've added css on the page and in the Customizer. Neither work, though the customizer shows the change in preview but not on frontend. This is the page I am trying to edit blog module on. https://karenshanley.com/how-to-find-your-inner-teacher/
Am trying to increase padding between posts and change font & font color for the blog titles.

Adding Simple CSS plugin worked to solve this problem. Crazy that the "Additional CSS" in the customizer is not effective at all for making the exact same changes.
Hi there,
the blog settings in the theme, don't control the styles of Blocks you add to your content.
The CSS you have added should work. Try temporarily disabling autoptomize and clearing your browser caches to see if it then works.
