Style Woo Checkout, remove legal check-boxes

Hello,
I like the design of "Niche" by David in the Site Library. Really nice. And thank you David for the codes and Hooks you provided.
I would like to remove the checkboxes linking to my Privacy and Terms pages on my Checkout pages:
... to simplify and look somewhat similar to this:

Hi Alec,
That checkbox is definitely not added by GP and I don't believe WooCommerce does that by default either - you might need check in the Paypal related settings.
If not perhaps it's from a third party plugin?
