Although it has been improved
stylesheet rtl.min.css.
Because of it, I find big problems with Google Web Vitals.
However, it remains a major obstacle for us, especially in the inflation that is happening to the Arab Transformation Library.
I hope you keep in mind dear Tom reducing this size and quality of implementation.
I will wait for a solution to this problem in the new update.

That file you pointed out isn't from GeneratePress. It's the default block style that comes with WordPress. It's a WordPress core asset that styles the Gutenberg editor Blocks.
You can find that on WordPress' repository. It's this one -

We can't really do something about it as its development is really up to the WordPress dev team, unfortunately.
