Stuck with blank pages

Hi,
I tried to install a site from the library, i download it, install it but nothing happen then.
My WP stays blocked to an old design with no content, i can't see the homepage nor anything.
I had another theme earlier, everything is gone now (text / image / menu), i lost everything.
i don't mind cause, this might be my fault, i tried to take all away to start clean.
i wanted to start all over anyway and i have my text image saved on a file.
But now i am blocked there and can't use any site from the library which was the all point for me to buy premium...
any suggestion to start form scratch? and see the lite i chose in the library on my site so i can start editing?

Hi,
Can you provide us screenshots/screen recordings of the error you're seeing when you import a site from the site library?
It'll help us get an idea to solve your problem quickly.
By the way if you don't mind starting from scratch, consider installing WP Reset plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
This plugin completely wipes your WP installation (including database) but has an option to keep the plugins and themes installed as if you've installed a fresh site.
