Hi There, I've emailed with your form a couple of times but have had no luck trying to get a refund for the plugins. Is there something special I have to do?

hi i recently purchased generate press premium and it is not compatible with Elementor I find this very surprising because your affiliate marketer WPSculptor has 2 tutorials on YouTube using GeneratePress theme dont you think that your premium plugin should be compatible with Elementor any please just tell me how I can get a refund I bought the plugin using this email address doug@saltlakeroofing.com
