Struggling from making a menu for shopping mall site

Hello. I am trying to build a website for cosmetic selling.
I want a menu like this;
LOGO(Title) menu1 menu2 menu3 ---------blank-------- Search Cart Button
you can find the similar one on the link I add.
On the button, I will add login, register, cart, my shopping.
I will do customize this later. But at the moment, I wanna make the menu.
Could you please help me?
It is done by adding off canvas menu!
