Deactivate this plugin and right now no error.

My question.

How can visitors provide a rating?

Any other alternative method or plugin.

Other questionis

Any default markup for creating table?

Unfortunately we are not familiar with ratings plugin.

Best to try a few yourself, do some Google search and read the reviews.
