[Support request] Strip Out Post/Page Title from Comment Title

Hi,

I am just wondering how I could remove the post title from being added to the comment title, and to make it so the comment title just says “Comments” instead.

I’m hoping to physically remove the post title/page title from the comment title via php and not css (to have it completely gone rather than just hidden).

I tried using Say What with the strings and text-domain Tom gave, but it didn’t seem to have any effect.

Is there not some php I can use to accomplish this? I looked in the Github but couldn’t find anything.
