stream theme post page sidebar

the widget on my stream theme sidebar does'nt appear fully.
what could be the issue? is it padding? the widget on my blog page sidebar appeared properly. can you give me directions on how to costumize the sidebar on my post page properly. do examine my post page sidebar widget on caterercareers.com. thanks.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
Are you pertaining to why the sidebar doesn't appear on some pages of the site?
If yes, that's because Stream comes with a Layout Element that removes the sidebar on specific parts of the site like the front page and some other pages like About and Contact Us. :D
You can find this Layout element on Appearance > Elements. :)
