strange hyphenations in the menu text

Hi there,
I have some strange hyphenations in the menu text (desktop) which was not there before (maybe it’s because I just did a GP theme update?). I use the ‘Health’ theme from the Site Library.
I use a Mac (Safari and Chrome). How can I fix this?

Hi there,
try reducing the Menu Item width in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation.
Its currently at 34px. Try 24px.
