Strange display of the site on the mobile

Guys, my GP premium works perfectly on desktop, but this strange display appears on mobile. How to fix that?
Hi there,
that looks like your mobile phone did not load the CSS styles.
First disable any cache plugins and then clear the mobile device browser and recheck the site.
If the issue is fixed then re-enable your cache plugins.
