Strange behavior on page load

There's a brief un-styled header that loads upon any page load and then it gets replaced by the template

This only happens if I use a header template (GP Hooks or Anywhere Elementor for example).
I get a clean load if I simply build the page with a header through the page builder.
Why is this happening??
I believe it's just waiting for Elementor load the CSS it requires.
This is something you'll need to ask them - ideally the CSS for the header should load in the <head> of your website so it loads before the HTML.
