Strange Second H1

Hi
I am building a site using GP/GB, and I am getting a strange SEO error - two H1 titles 
Any ideas?

Hi Shaun,
I tried viewing the source of your site, and there's only one H1. Can you try using a different SEO testing tool?

I just tried this with SEO Minion, but I get the same result see

that URL is 404 ing, can you confirm that URL is correct ?
Thx for looking David. I have solved the issue. FYI the extra H1 was appearing on every page due to a plugin Find Replace.
