    Hi there

I’ve created password protected pages to enable users with a password to access downloadable pdfs. This is all working fine, but the pages are automatically appearing in the menu. I’ve removed them in the WordPress settings, and in Appearance > Customise. I’ve also disabled “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu”, but the pages are still appearing in the menu.

How do I remove the Password Protected pages from the menu?
    Many thanks
    Maria

    Hi Maria,

have you created a Menu in the WordPress > Appearance > Menus? Here you can add the pages you want to display and then assign that menu to the Primary Navigation.

    Hi David

Thanks for you reply. I had set the menu’s correctly, but I realised that I hadn’t set up the Primary Navigation correctly.

    All working perfectly now.

    Thanks for replying so quickly.
