Stop overlap with menu

Please can you tell me how I can stop the headline/text blocks overlapping with the menu on this page?

Hi Simon,
You have a Header Element set to merge. If you have this displayed on all pages, you can go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container, and set a high top padding.
Otherwise, if it’s just a specific page like the front page, you can add top padding to the first Section.
