How to stop auto converting URL to this shit in post editor?

Hi there,
That's actually default feature from WordPress and not GP.
You can use a plugin like this to disable it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-embeds/
I couldn't find other solutions on Google so you might want to check with WordPress if you don't want to use a plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/
