I’ve been trying to get my website faster for a while now Google says it’s mobile 70 and desktop 80. I would like to get the website faster, does anyone have any tips? website https://www.vandulstautomatisering.nl/ August 21, 2020 at 2:29 pm #1413241 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, I run your site through GTMetrix and I believe the images are the main issue here. For example, these images are approximately 200 by 150 but the original image is 800 by 600 which is too big. You’d want to resize them smaller closer to the actual displayed size and optimize them using a service like this: https://imagecompressor.com/ September 5, 2020 at 10:31 am #1432188 Pieter Hello Leo, I didn’t know you had to do this? I expected autoptimize to take care of this themselves. I took a look at the images, but what is the best way to do this? Most images need to be wide because I want to use the full width. Thank you in advance for the effort September 5, 2020 at 1:12 pm #1432302 LeoStaff Customer Support I didn’t know you had to do this? I expected autoptimize to take care of this themselves. Autopimize doesn’t do that as far as I’m aware. The best way is to resize the images using a photo editing software before uploading 🙂 Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
