I have the sticky navigation bar activated.
Is it possible to stick the website title, too?

unfortunately, it didn't work.
The code which I put into hook is displayed at the page.
I tried different areas in hook.

That code doesn't go in hooks, you would add it using one of these methods: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/adding-php-functions/
