is there an option in GP Premium to add a sticky social media bar to the right of the screen? Thank you for your help!

Unfortuanly GP doesn’t have a built in feature like this.

Do you need the social icons to have the share function?

If so, you’ll need to use a plugin which does this.

but how to enable the shareable options for the buttons? If i have to use a plugin, which one is recommended?

You will need a plugin to add the buttons, GB buttons don’t have share function built-in.
I don’t have a personal preference.

Just search social share plugins and pick the higher-scored ones.
