Sticky slideout menu button on mobile

Hello, and sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

The slideout menu has two parts: the menu itself and the toggle button. Is it possible for this button to be make sticky, like a regular sticky menu, so you don't have to scroll all the way up to access the menu? The slideout menu is a great design, but I think it loses much of its usefulness if you need to scroll up to toggle it.

Is this doable with CSS? Thanks!

Hi there,

The toggle button is added to the main menu, which you can make sticky by using Menu Plus in "Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation".

Let me know if you need more info :)

Well, this is strange: the problem is that the main menu, slideout or not, doesn't get sticky on mobile. Tested with vanilla Generatepress, no custom CSS, all plugins disabled except Menu Plus. Firefox and Chrome mobile. Sticky on desktop, not on mobile.

Is it set to be sticky on "both" in "Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation"?

There's options for desktop, mobile or both in regards to the sticky menu.

Yes, it is.

Can you link me to your site?

I have temporarily disabled the private site plugin. It's a test site.

Ah, you have the mobile header enabled. There's a separate sticky option for the mobile header in "Customize > Layout > Header".
