Sticky Side Table of Contents Bar

Is there any way to do a sticky Table of Contents side bar for posts in Generate Press? I have linked an example below.

Hi there,
this plugin will create the TOC and auto highlight the current section.
If you want to add it to a sidebar and share a link to your site - i can help with the CSS to make it sticky.
I have to re-publish the site this afternoon. When you say "this plugin" do you mean Generate Press or a different plugin?

I ended up cutting my finger so my typing is delayed. I am going to close this support request until I can fix my website. Once I get it all setup and configured with the plugin I will open another request in the future.
