sticky sections - parallax scrolling

hi,
i would like to have sticky sections. i have seen a post of 2018

using the generate-section command (or whatever you call it) :) :)
is it possible to do it in another way today? so i will achieve parallax scrolling? i use the premium generatepress and the pro generateblocks.
