Sticky Secondary Navigation

Hey Tom ... I did a search in support area for this ... looks like it was talked about.
Is there a solution to having a secondary menu be a sticky menu as well?
Here is my sample:
The dark grey is the primary, the green is the secondary.

You would have to try a plugin like this for now:

Haven't tested it but I believe it should work.
Let me know if this helps :)
Something like that should work as long as you can set the top offset. Whenever you have multiple fixed elements, the top offset needs to be set so they don't sit on top of each other.
