Sticky Posts are repeating

On my blog the I have 2 sticky posts and as I see on the blog page these two sticky posts are repeating.

Sticky Post - 1: Xpath in Selenium with All Tactics and Examples [2021 Guide]
Sticky Post - 2: Rest Assured Tutorial Learn API Testing Step by Step [2021]
These two posts are also visible again when I scroll down on the blog page.
Is this behavior normal? It looks weird to me.

Maybe, in the next releases, you can add a mini-feature like disable/enable stick post loops. It will be nice.
That will be something WordPress has to add :)
