Sticky post (Post to always show on top of the blog archive/category page)

Hi.

I've been trying to have one of my 'Pillar posts' to be sticky and stay at the top of the blog archive page (category page).

Within the Editing Post, I've tried clicking "Stick to the top of the blog", but it doesn't Save. [see picture https://screenrec.com/share/Zkt1nbKe5i%5D

Within the Posts menu in Wordpress, I've tried clicking "Make this post sticky", but it also doesn't Save. [see picture https://screenrec.com/share/KaPqO6imDG%5D

Any ideas why these 2 options are not saving?

That sounds strange These are WP core settings so shouldn't be a theme related issue.

If that doesn't help then try #4 in the same article.
