[Support request] Sticky navigation transition setting

Hi,
I’m wondering which of the sticky navigation transition settings is best for reducing cumulative layout shifts. Not sure if I should choose “fade”, “slide”, or “none”. Any advice is appreciated.

I might be missing something here but I don’t believe the sticky navigation transition option would cause any CLS issue as the sticky navigation doesn’t load on the page first load.

Are you seeing something weird? If so, any chance you can link us to the page in question?

Thanks Leo. I’m not seeing any issues, just a slightly higher CLS compared to before I activated the sticky navigation. That’s why I wanted to know if there was a preferred setting. Sounds like there isn’t so that’s good to know.

I can’t see how that would matter at all as the sticky navigation doesn’t load on the page first load.

Are you using any caching or optimization plugins? If so that might be causing the issue – worth a test if you feel like digging further 🙂
